Dakar, Senegal – As part of an important working tour alongside the delegation of the World Vovinam Federation, Master Mohamed Djouadj—President of the Algerian Vovinam Federation, Secretary-General of the World Federation, and President of the African Vovinam Federation—paid an official visit to Dakar, Senegal.
The visit marked a significant step forward in reinforcing collaboration between regional and international Vovinam federations. A key highlight of the program was Mr. Djouadj’s participation in the Vietnamese Ambassador’s Cup in Senegal, a sporting event that plays an important role in promoting cultural and athletic exchange between Vietnam and African nations.
Beyond its competitive nature, the tournament served as a meaningful opportunity to promote and expand the practice of Vovinam on a global scale, while spreading the core values the martial art embodies: martial spirit, unity, and mutual respect.
