With the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between The Viet Nam Youth and Children Support Center (under the The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee) and Vovinam Digital Joint Stock Company, young people will be supported in improving their physical training more effectively.

On the morning of March 18, The Viet Nam Youth and Children Support Center and Vovinam Digital officially signed a cooperation agreement to jointly implement Vovinam programs within the system. This marks a new step forward in promoting comprehensive physical development for young people nationwide.

According to the organizers, as the country enters a new era of growth, there is a need for a generation of Vietnamese youth who possess strong character, a civilized lifestyle, broad knowledge, good health, and proficient skills to confidently integrate into the global community.

The cooperation agreement will focus on three main areas. First is the implementation of a “Online Learning – Offline Practice” model: young people can access Vovinam Digital’s platform to learn techniques independently, then practice directly at centers nationwide under the guidance of Vovinam masters and coaches. This approach will make physical training more accessible and convenient.

In addition, both parties will organize large-scale events, including physical activity programs, interactive games for children, Vovinam performances and competitions, summer camps, and the Guardian Girls Vovinam self-defense program.

Furthermore, the partnership will optimize facilities and human resources across the nationwide center network while applying Vovinam’s digital technology to expand physical training movements among youth across the country.

With advanced technology, standardized learning materials, and a professional team of masters and coaches, the company aims to transform this martial art heritage into a digital resource. This will help bring Vietnam’s martial arts to the world and strengthen the country’s soft power.

According to Mr. Chien, the success of this cooperation will serve as a model for public-private partnerships, contributing to the implementation of recent resolutions by the Politburo on cultural, educational, and sports development, with youth as the central focus.
