At 9:00 AM on March 27, 2026, Ninh Bình Province held a large-scale Vovinam martial arts performance festival for students across the entire province. The event, involving more than 700,000 students, was organized by the Ninh Bình Department of Education and Training, featuring a synchronized, large-scale display with profound educational significance.
The Vovinam performance was conducted simultaneously at all primary, secondary, and high schools throughout the province. This key activity commemorates Vietnam Sports Day (March 27), marking the 80th anniversary of President Hồ Chí Minh signing Decree No. 38 to establish the Department of Youth and Physical Training—laying the foundation for the nation’s sports sector.
